How We Work

Our work is rooted in collaboration and is divided into three categories: conservation, emergency preparedness, and regional coordination.  Water provider staff and elected officials participate in the Consortium’s three working committees, Technical Committee, and Board.

Benefits of Working Together

By working collaboratively, the Consortium and its members achieve economies of scale implementing regional programs that save customers money. In addition, this allows us to speak with one voice on matters of importance.
